Service levels
At Safe Dental we wish to do more than provide the highest quality dental care, we also wish to provide it with a service level and price that suits you.
We have 3 service levels, which we hope are self explanatory, but the detail is also available for those that wish it.
Prestige:
This service is for those patients who have higher demands, whatever they might be. Perhaps wishing to arrange or cancel appointments at very short notice, with priority for their schedule, or requiring appointments to always run on time or for their benefit. More time will be provided for procedures that make you nervous or where you wish more attention to detail, a common area for this is aesthetics. Perhaps you wish a taxi to be arranged for your appointment and return afterwards. Everything will be done to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience of your dental care and the greatest expertise will always be applied. You will anticipate paying a higher rate for the benefits this service provides.
Classic:
This service is for those patients who are happy with the high quality of dental care provided and have normal service expectations. You may occationally, for example, require appointment rescheduling, but would provide 24 hours notice. You are comfortable with the standard fees for dental care and expect a high qualty consideration in all areas of that care.
Economy:
This service is for those patients who would like to have high quality dental care but the cost is prohibitive for them. They can, however, be flexible in ways that help the practice economise so that savings can be passed on to them. For example; They can change their appointment at short notice to accommodate an emergency; They can be on call for appointments that become available at short notice due to cancellations. They can book appointments well in advance and attend at appointment times that suit the practice. They can wait while others have appointments booked ahead of them, or patiently wait in the waiting room while treatment is completed for a priority patient. In return they expect and receive reductions in the cost of their treatment. We have a monthly careplan specially for Economy patients to help spread the costs.
